By working with me we’ll explore a version of yourself that feels both positive and authentic. Soon you’ll be able to let go of whatever it is that’s currently holding you back.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING HYPNOSIS?
During the hypnosis part of the session, you’ll be able to experience the positive, authentic version of yourself that we explored earlier, without that resistant part of your brain holding you back. And in this way, positive change has begun and a new behavioural pattern starts to form. From then on, like with all behavioural patterns, the more it’s reinforced the more it becomes the new normal. But that needn’t be loads of sessions; it’s as many as you need.
